Member Services Call Center to Extend Phone Line Availability Beginning 7/14

To better service our plan participants, the NYCDCC Benefit Funds Member Services Call Center will be extending our phone line availability beginning Monday, July 14th. Monday through Thursday, our Call Center hours will be extended from 5:00pm to 5:30pm. Our new hours of availability on these days will be 8:00am to 5:30pm. On Fridays, our hours will remain 8:00am to 5:00pm.
