Summary Annual Reports

A Summary Annual Report (SAR) is an annual statement which includes financial and related information about the plan, and summarizes the latest annual report (Form 5500) for the plan. The SAR includes insurance information, basic financial information concerning the amount of plan assets and plan expenses, and a statement of participants’ rights to additional information.

The Annuity and Welfare Funds are each required to distribute a SAR to participants.  For the most recent SARs, see below.
